Shipping

Balisi ships all orders Canada Post and will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. All duties and additional taxes that may be applied to an order are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will be declared at their actual purchase price and will reflect our receipts.

Returns

Balisi's online purchase policy is as follows:
Balisi will gladly exchange or provide store credit for items returned within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be unworn, returned in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging and receipt.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be part of the exchange or store credit.  Online purchases may also be returned at any of our brick and mortar locations. Sale items, accessories and undergarments are final sale and can not be exchanged.
